We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us a fair warning. You will get text or a call from us a week and one day prior your appointment date to confirm. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company's policy for all clients to give 24 hours notice of cancellation/rescheduling. Failure to do so or “NO SHOW” will result in a charge equal of $25. Weather conditions ARE NOT exceptions for late cancellations. Not confirmed appointments will be considered as canceled. If you're more than 10 minutes late, your appointment is canceled. The card on file will secure the appointment you booked for. We appreciate your time and our technicians’ time as well.
